Whoops, this was also a version bump (and I defined LICENSE). Nothing
in the changelog; diffing against the previous release shows new
get_winsize() and set_winsize() methods backed by new XS functions
unpack_winsize() and pack_winsize(), respectively.

I don't remember exactly what we've decided about amending commit
messages, but even if we decided it's OK to do so quickly afterward
(and I don't think we did), this one doesn't seem important enough to
risk being annoying for git and other automated repo conversions.
