- Implement cmap in hb-ot-font.h.  No variation-selectors yet.
- Myanmar: Allow MedialYa+Asat.
- Various Indic fixes:
  * Support most characters in Extended Devanagary and Vedic
    Unicode blocks.
  * Allow digits and a some punctuation as consonant placeholders.
- Build fixes.
