Security issues
A number of security related issues were resolved. Details of these issues will 
be released after a period of approximately one week to allow system 
administrators to safely update to the latest version.

Fixes and improvements
MDL-44124 - iCal import recurrence rules working consistently
MDL-45579 - Duplicate group enrolment keys for the same course are no longer 
allowed
MDL-45682 - Can now insert images using Chrome
