Update to 2.4.1:

2.4.1 (stable):

* A slot's functor is destroyed when an empty slot is assigned to the slot.
  (Kjell Ahlstedt) Bug #738602 (James Lin)
* test_disconnect_during_emit tests that the slot is really disconnected
  during signal emission.
