Update to 1.50b:

  - Fixed a flock() bug that would prevent dir reuse errors from kicking
    in every now and then.

  - Renamed references to ppvm (the project is now called recidivm).

  - Fixed a typo or two.

  - Made improvements to file descriptor handling.
