Update php-xdebug to 2.3.1.

= Fixed bugs:

- Fixed issue #1112: Setting an invalid xdebug.trace_format causes Xdebug
  to crash
- Fixed issue #1113: xdebug.*_trigger do no longer work, due to NULL not
  being an empty string
