- Use CFSwapInt32LittleToHost from CoreFoundation.h on Mac OS X to implement
  le32toh.
- Check submodules before running autoconf.
- darwin: Use OSByteOrder.h rather than CF.
- Perform safety check before trying to load glyph cursorHEADmaster
