When you add dependencies to bl3.mk, you should bump ABI depends
(which you did) but also the PKGREVISIONs of the packages that include
that bl3.mk (since they now have an additional dependency).

You can use pkgtools/revbump for that. The man page describes the
procedure. It should be rather painless for qt5-qtmultimedia. At least
I hope so :)
