Log Message:
Import osm2pgsql-0.87.3 as geography/osm2pgsql

Converts OSM planet.osm data to a PostgreSQL / PostGIS database suitable
for specific applications like rendering into map tiles by Mapnik
or geocoding with Nominatim.
