Where was this change discussed, where are the bulk build reports
across various releases to show that it doesn't cause any regressions,
and most importantly where is the approval from PMC to commit this
infrastructure change during the freeze?
I don't have many objections to the change itself (other than
formatting commit messages to <80 characters), but this really should
not be done during a freeze, especially as it changes the SDK path on
Mavericks hosts with the latest XCode.
Please back it out and wait until after the freeze, El Capitan isn't a
released product yet and we shouldn't be potentially breaking existing
platforms 2 days before the branch is cut.
