        * Version 1.17 released.
        * New block selection algorithm makes merge up to 100 times faster.
        * repair.cc: Repair time has been reduced by 15%.
        * Added new option '-y, --debug-delay'.
        * Added new option '-z, --debug-repair'.
        * Makefile.in: Added new targets 'install*-compress'.
        * testsuite/unzcrash.cc: Moved to top directory.
        * lziprecover.texi: Added chapter 'File names'.
