I forgot to mention one of the most important changes, repository
updates should be handled correctly now.  Previously if you changed
your repositores.conf, the old database entries weren't properly
cleaned and you'd get strange output (e.g. thousands of packages you
didn't ask for to be installed).

This was one of the more common issues, so if you still have problems
with a "corrupt" pkgin database with v0.9.0 please report them.
