* Merged in lp:~m4ktub/duplicity/0.6-reliability
  - Per fix proposed in Bug 1395341.
* Modded .bzrignore to ignore *.egg test dependencies, normalized, sorted.
* Backport fix for bug 1278529
  - Use try/except around get_bucket() rather than bare lookup()
* Backport _librsyncmodule.c compilation bug
