Update libvisio to 0.1.5:

libvisio 0.1.5

- Rewrite text output to avoid empty spans and to make the function
  a bit more readable for common mortal (wo)man.
- Initial emulation of line rounding property (tdf#90603).
- Make --help output of all command line tools more help2man-friendly.
