Log Message:
Add keywords to print/texlive/package.mk and instruct mk/help/help.mk to also
look for print/texlive/*.mk files for help.

Now documentation regarding TeX packages for pkgsrc MAINTAINERs and
developers is easily accessible via the "help" target.
