Update to 0.45. From the changelog:

- Removed Moose cleanliness method from
  Test::BDD::Cucumber::Extension
- Add extensions! See Test::BDD::Cucumber::Executor and
  Test::BDD::Cucumber::Extensions for details. Work by ehuelsmann:
