Log Message:
Update mikutter to 3.3.8.

Upstream changes:

* cannot preview instagram pictures
* twitter authentication on the first startup didn't work with
  some library version

Remarks:

OAuth::RequestToken#build_authorize_url is broken in the latest
oauth gem 0.5.0:
https://github.com/oauth-xx/oauth-ruby/pull/108
