Log Message:
Switch to the GitHub maintained version of libinotify.  This has a
number of fixes and improvements compared to the GSOC version.  Most
notable for pkgsrc is that it now works on Darwin.

However it is still version 0, and there is no ChangeLog, so all we
can do is bump the PKGREVISION.


To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.5 -r1.6 pkgsrc/devel/libinotify/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r1.2 -r1.3 pkgsrc/devel/libinotify/distinfo
