  - OpenSSL DLLs updated to version 1.0.2h.

  - New "socket = a:IPV6_V6ONLY=yes" option to only bind IPv6.

* Bugfixes
  - Workaround for a WinCE sockets quirk (thx to Richard Kraemer).
