commit diffs to be attached to commit mails

Dear all,

commit diffs like those attached to src-changes-full, and similar
to those attached to pkgsrc-wip-changes, have been requested for
this list (pkgsrc-changes) as well.

Since pkgsrc diffs usually are small (especially compared to
the commit messages, which often are not), splitting the list into
one with diffs and one without seemed superfluous.

The commit mails will carry diffs starting the coming Sunday.
