Hmm, I've put the idea files in PLIST.SunOS and put the other
entries I added in PLIST.non-SunOS and inserted a pair of
PLIST_SRC+= under a "non-SunOS" conditional in Makefile.  However, I
don't have an easy way to test this on other OS variants, and I'm
quite certain this needs further refinement -- botan's configure.py
appears to look fairly closely at which CPU submodel you're using
and what CPU extensions it supports (I don't do enough python to
fully decode what it's doing), and trying to model that in pkgsrc
seems ... complicated.

For now we should be OK on SunOS and at least NetBSD/i386.

Suggestions for how to do this better appreciated.
