The former is a common issue with most doxygen users and not specific to
gnuradio. As such, it wouldn't justify this commit. I haven't heard any
reports of differences going beyond possible missing new tex
dependencies. I don't find broken meta packages by themselve that
problematic, especially compared to just hiding issues under some
carpet.
