-kk applies to all branches. It disables keyword expansion for the
entire history of the file. As such, a commit that forces a file to -kk
will change the conversion back to the first revision of the file.
"cvs status | grep Options" would list them. I think the problem is line
327 -- that's sticky for new files at least.
