This broke the PLISTs on NetBSD at least:

ERROR: The following files are in /data/scratch/net/bind99/work/.destdir/usr/pkg but not in the PLIST:
ERROR: /data/scratch/net/bind99/work/.destdir/usr/pkg/etc/bind.keys
ERROR: The following files are in /data/scratch/net/bind910/work/.destdir/usr/pkg but not in the PLIST:
ERROR: /data/scratch/net/bind910/work/.destdir/usr/pkg/etc/bind.keys
