Ah, OK. Which changelog on which snort website?

It's a huge bump, so please mention, in the commit log, a short
concise summary of all changes.

That way, we would have the information in our vcs history. We would
be able to see when things changed.
We would be able to know what things were in the HUGE change. Right
now, we're SOL. Which kind
of does your upgrade a disservice - we're not all telepathic, although
you all knew I was going to say that.
