Log Message:
add time/ddate
ddate prints the date in Discordian date format. It can be used to
convert Gregorian calendar dates to Discordian calendar dates.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.223 -r1.224 pkgsrc/time/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkgsrc/time/ddate/DESCR pkgsrc/time/ddate/Makefile \
