While it's good we got security fixues, this seems to cause fallout
when trying to build things with the old libsndfile installed:

===> Creating toolchain wrappers for qemu-6.2.0
ERROR: mpg123>=1.0.0 is not installed; can't buildlink files.

I think we need a libsndfile bl3 bump + recursive revbump
for the addition of mpg123 as dependency.

cc wiz@ to make sure branch is held until this is sorted.
