doc: remove half sentence about packages with the same PKGNAME
It's confusing in the context of the CONFLICTS section, since packages
with the same PKGNAME conflict automatically.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.180 -r1.181 pkgsrc/doc/guide/files/fixes.xml
