Hi,

I think generally these would be better expressed using mk/atomic.mk
instead, as that's exactly what it's for, and it covers more
architectures than just powerpc (or i386).

I'm not familiar with this package, but I've adjusted libfilezilla,
since filezilla already uses atomic64.mk. (I happen to be the person
who added the i386 handling for libfilezilla, but the code in
atomic64.mk is better.)
