Argh, that's annoying; I didn't think to check, and built with
1.77.1 on powerpc.

We have 1.76.0 wip, but, yes, I know, that's not "main pkgsrc".

I'm going to try, but possibly not.

That said, the testing results for 1.76.0 indicates it's not
unthinkable to upgrade rust in main pkgsrc.  1.77.x is another
matter...
