I am trying to construct a package for Apache Axis.  I can get ant to
build using the 'compile' target.  This seems to create a 'build'
directory with the following directories:

     lasses
     dependencycache
     lib
     tools
     work

At this point I am not sure what to install and where to install it.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
