SU_CMD=/usr/pkg/bin/sudo /bin/sh -c

Basically what
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/pkgsrc/faq.html#using-sudo-with-pkgsrc
says. I do not remember why I switched from using LOCALBASE to the
exact path. Maybe an ancient problem.
