Sorry, I made a mistake, I updated /opt/pkgsrc-current tree and forgot to:
rm -rf /opt/pkgsrc/mk
cp -Rp /opt/pkgsrc-current/mk /opt/pkgsrc
I can confirm, the problems with checksums seem to have been fixed
