This bug is stil not fixed in pkgsrc-2006Q2, i.e. p5-perl-headers
can not be compiled with pkgsrc-2006Q2.

/usr/pkg/bin/h2ph link is not linked to /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/bin/h2ph
or I missed something.
