You could use a P2P network to get fast downloads, decrease the
burden on official download sites and even contribute back by
sharing these files. Since these files are lying around on thousands
of systems out there under pkgsrc/distfiles there's little reason
to not share them, right? The distinfo used by pkgsrc files list
the SHA-1 for each file and some P2P networks can locate files
by SHA-1.
