I hacked up lang/gcc34 (was surprisingly easy, FWIW) to the point
where gcc 4.2.0 (no ada, f77, or java yet) builds and installs fine
(at least on NetBSD/i386 4.99.19).
It even works! ;)
So, if anyone wants to use/develop it, it's there.
See TODO for a bit of information on what has to be done.
I have a patch to mk/gcc.mk I wrote to add the necessary rules for
supporting it as a compiler when using USE_PKGSRC_GCC/GCC_REDQ, if
anyone needs it--just email me.
