updated p5- packages (11 of them)-- how best to submit?

I had some spare cycles earlier today, so I looked in the pkgsrc TODO file for
packages that I have installed that need updating.  I found a handful of p5-
packages plus p5- pkg or two that were not in the TODO list.

I have updates for the following:

        p5-BerkeleyDB-0.31
        p5-Business-ISBN-1.84
        p5-Business-ISBN-Data-1.14
        p5-DB_File-1.815
        p5-MLDBM-Sync-0.30
        p5-Mac-Macbinary-0.06
        p5-Perl-Tidy-20070508
        p5-Pod-Simple-3.05
        p5-Spreadsheet-ParseExcel-0.32
        p5-Spreadsheet-WriteExcel-2.18
        p5-version-0.7203

What is the best way to submit these?  A tarball of diffs (for Makefile and
distinfo)?  A tarball of the complete Makefile and distinfo?  I would rather
not submit 11 separate PRs. :-)
