I don't tend to look at it. I have been told when PKG_DEVELOPER is yes
that there's a new version of some package that I maintain, and that's a
little useful.
The part of TODO that isn't "the following packages need updates" seems
useful to have around. I presume you're talking about dropping the
'updates needed' section.
