I think there are now three tools that can use pkg_summary(5) databases to 
install or upgrade packages (using only binary packages and no pkgsrc tree 
needed). I think one is based on patch for pkg_chk. But I can't find in my 
email.

Can someone please point me to these projects? Thanks!
