I had similar (same?) problem yesterday... on an Oct 20 i386 -4
kernel/userland and Apache/2.0.61 from Q3. I could eliminate the
problem by removing the "MIMEMagicFile etc/httpd/magic" line from
httpd.conf, or by not loading mod_python.so.
I need ap2-python for a moin setup. The server is working fine
now and fixing the moin configuration
# * the left part must be a valid python module name, so better use only
# lower letters "a-z" and "_". Do not use blanks or "-" there!!!
seems to have resolved it for me.... I tried reverting some of my
configs, but can't get the issue to come back. While I've never
seen anything like that prior to these versions, at least here, it
was a mis-configured mod_python app and/or httpd.conf.
