mpg123 1.0.0 committed to pkgsrc-wip

In pkgsrc-wip, there is mpg123--the base package--
as well as mpg123-oss, the first module I've
packaged.

This was sort of a rush job, as I don't have a lot
of time right now.  So, if anyone has any fixes
please email me and/or commit them (if you're
sure).

Help with merging the patches from mpg123 would
be appreciated, though, I should be able to
do that relatively soon.

More modules to come.  It works very well on
i386 (including runtime detection of SIMD
extensions--sse and 3dnow are supported).  On
an Intel "NetBurst" series processor, the CPU
time taken by playing a 128kb/s stream falls
below the displayed resolution; that is,
it displays %0.00 WCPU/CPU taken!  The maintainer
of this has made a LOT of improvements, so
I recommend trying it out.
