tex-xmltex missing files and symlinks

Trying to build PDF using xmlto and noticed that executable pdfxmltex was 
missing.

So I installed tex-xmltex.

And manually created symlink for pdfxmltex.

Then noticed I was missing xmltex.cfg. So I copied to 
/usr/pkg/share/texmf-local/web2c/

And ran mktexlsr

But still couldn't find xmltex.cfg.

I don't know where it and other files should go.

For reference see FreeBSD and Gentoo packaging that installs more files 
and creates symlinks.
