NetBSD-friendly web-based (US) fax services

Does anyone know of any web-based, US fax services that are
NetBSD-friendly?  That is, I'd like to be able to "print" via CUPS,
with ny mysterious binary (linux?) blobs and have the output sent to
some arbitrary fax machine.  Incoming faxes are easier, though it would
be nice to get PDF instead of multi-page TIFF.
