package failure on amd64 of multimedia/transcode

This has been going on for quite some stable branches: some libraries of
transcode are for whatever reason not built on amd64, then there are
complaints that the PLIST is not correct, and the pkg will not package.

I used to be able to "pkg_tarup", but now it seems to do the same check
as well, so that doesn't work anymore either. It leaves a very deceptive
incomplete tarfile.

My current (very annoying) workaround is to edit
/var/db/pkg/transcode-1.0.5nb1/+CONTENTS to exclude the two files, then
do a pkg_tarup.
