I'm trying to build nas and it is failing because it can't find libXau, even though it's in the buildlink dir and exists on the system. SunOS 5.10 audio/nas tim@marcie 246$ ls -ld {/usr/pkgsrc/audio/nas/work*/.buildl*,/usr/pkg/share/x11-links,/usr/openwin} /lib/libXau* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Apr 26 18:36 /usr/openwin/lib/libXau.so -> ./libXau.so.6* -rwxr-xr-x 1 root bin 13188 Jan 22 2005 /usr/openwin/lib/libXau.so.6* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 26 Aug 28 09:50 /usr/pkg/share/x11-links/lib/libXau.so -> /usr/openwin/lib/libXau.so* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 28 Aug 28 09:50 /usr/pkg/share/x11-links/lib/libXau.so.6 -> /usr/openwin/lib/libXau.so.6* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 38 Aug 28 17:21 /usr/pkgsrc/audio/nas/work.sparc/.buildlink/lib/libXau.so -> /usr/pkg/share/x11-links/lib/libXau.so* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 40 Aug 28 17:21 /usr/pkgsrc/audio/nas/work.sparc/.buildlink/lib/libXau.so.6 -> /usr/pkg/share/x11-links/lib/libXau.so.6* Any ideas what is wrong? Compilation goes fine, but build fails at link time because of this. Unfortunately, installation continues, so I end up with a registered but misinstalled package. (PR 32562?) This seems to be an ongoing problem. I found references on this list back in July 2006 as well.
