Hi,

I heard that AiCA's successor was effectively NAREGI CA on tech-pkg-ja
mailing list Oct. 2005.

The project's page is http://www.naregi.org/index_e.html.and
NAREGI-CA's page is http://middleware.naregi.org/Download/ now.

As for license, "NAREGI Public License Version 2.0" is Apache license:
http://middleware.naregi.org/Download/Html/License_2_0.html.

Anyway, I don't object to removing of security/AiCA.
