It works roughly - I talked to an SAP 6.40 using my fresh compiled devel/p5-sapnwrfcdsk-0.20. But it's more a hack now - this mail was to get the intention of other pkgsrc users whether it's useful to add more resources to get finally pkg's where the only things to do is put several downloaded files from SAP in pkgsrc/distfiles and 'make install'.
I always thought that the only way to download the rfcsdk was by going to service.sap.com and logging in with your s* number. Is there another way? ftp?
No, you must download it manually. I thought I'll do it like FreeBSD's java/jdk* ports.
