The distfile was changed.  Usually you can still fetch the old
distfile from the NetBSD mirrors, but it seems that this time the
distfile change happened before the NetBSD ftp downloads it.

I've just updated the package to 1.7anb1.  Changes are mostly
bibtex-related.
