scrollbar of xterm

Hi!

For some time now, the scrollbar on x11/xterm seems to be broken.
There is always a small handle at the top of the bar, that cannot be
moved. The scrollbar actually works, i.e. one can move the content of
the xterm with all three mouse buttons as usual, only the visual
feedback by handle size and position is missing.

I see this on Solaris 10 and OpenSolaris 11. I think it once worked,
but the oldest pkgsrc version I still have (xterm-239, libX11-1.1.5,
libXaw-1.0.5) is already affected. Hm, just checked on NetBSD, looks
good there. Does anybody else see this on other OSes?
