Hmm, I just did a pkg_delete ptlib to update to this version and got
the following:

pkg_delete: cannot remove non-existent directory 
`/usr/pkg/lib/ptlib-2.4.2/devices/videoinput'
this packing list is incorrect - ignoring delete request
pkg_delete: cannot remove non-existent directory 
`/usr/pkg/lib/ptlib-2.4.2/devices/sound'
this packing list is incorrect - ignoring delete request
pkg_delete: cannot remove non-existent directory 
`/usr/pkg/lib/ptlib-2.4.2/devices'
this packing list is incorrect - ignoring delete request
pkg_delete: cannot remove non-existent directory `/usr/pkg/lib/ptlib-2.4.2'
this packing list is incorrect - ignoring delete request

There was a /usr/pkg/lib/ptlib-2.4.4 directory which contained these
directories.

I think that the PLIST needs to be fixed to not hard code 2.4.2 in
the @dirrm lines
